The rooms at Residenza Gramsci are fantastic! They have a cozy and homely feel to them. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning are a nice touch, making our stay even more comfortable. The private bathroom with bathrobes feels so luxurious, like a mini spa retreat. Plus, having an electric kettle in the room was convenient for making a hot cup of tea. And the balcony? It offered a great view and the perfect spot for sipping our morning coffee.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might actually enjoy hearing the hustle and bustle of the city.

We recently stayed at Residenza Gramsci for a few days and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is located in a quiet area with convenient street parking and is just a short 5-minute walk to the main square in the Sassi. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated, spacious room was impressive, and the bathroom was particularly lovely. The lobby feels like a gallery and Tonio, the owner, went above and beyond to provide us with useful information and make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
We do recommend this hotel.

Loved being close to the train station, I could practically roll out of bed and onto the platform! And the churches nearby were just divine, made me feel so holy!
Oh, and let me tell you, I just hated being close to all those well-known attractions. Who wants convenience and easy access to everything?

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming and elegant. The whole place had a cozy and homely feel, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm ambiance of the hotel. It was easy to navigate around the hotel and access all the facilities, making it perfect for older guests like me.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or programs specifically designed for senior guests. While the staff were attentive and helpful, I would have loved to see even more tailored options for older individuals.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and fantastic location just a short walk away from the city center. The staff, especially Tonio, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with the option to have fresh towels at an additional cost.

Wow! What an incredible stay! The place was brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The room was filled with natural light and had all the comforts we needed. They even provided complimentary prosecco, juices, water, tea, and a coffee machine in the room - such a luxurious touch! The location was perfect. And let's not forget the garden, it was so lovely to relax there with our daughter. Plus, it was completely fenced off, so it felt safe. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you so much for an amazing Christmas experience!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location just steps away from the center. The free parking in front of the residence was a huge plus. Tonio, our host, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and super helpful. He provided us with restaurant/bar/pub recommendations and even assisted us with walking tour information via WhatsApp. The room was well-stocked with delicious treats like cookies, jams, croissants, and a coffee machine with all the necessary supplies. The fridge was also filled with water, drinks, juices, and even a bottle of prosecco. The toiletries provided were more than enough. We also loved how clean the room was with a fresh fragrance. We would definitely come back.
Felt very homey, no complaints at all.
